He has many different styles that he can paint. We did our own research and then we created our own portrait using one of his styles of Art. have a look at what Leevy, Alyssa and Meesha created!

Te Karakia O Te Atua - The Lord's prayer in Māori...
Galilee has been learning to sing the Lord's prayer in Māori.
We are starting to sound pretty good.
Our next step is to know the song off by heart
so we don't all need to be looking at the T.V.
Then we can smile and show expression.
What do you think?

Term three begins...
Kia ora whanau and friends.
This term our theme is Robotics. We have lots of exciting independent learning activities. Check them out on our site. One of our challenges is to create our own robot. Then we will create an advertisement for our robot and make a short film featuring our robot. Fun! We are also concentrating on more coding, we are trying out different ways to code.
This term is very busy, we have many competitions and tournaments taking place. We have already all taken part in a first aid course. We all know what to do when someone needs help.

Creating games on Scratch - becoming coders!
As part of our Human Impact theme, we have been working on creating a game on Scratch. We have been keeping track of the time we spend making our Scratch games. We are finding it takes a lot of time and patience, but it is worth it.
