Term two - lockdown and back to school

During term two, we chose our own topic to look into.  This made sure that the children were engaged and interested in their learning.   Here are some of the amazing creative pieces of learning that these children have done.

Noah S had some incredible research about Greek Mythology

Kinae worked on her science experiment:

 Leevy learnt some sign language:

Meesha create an awesome model of a Maori Pa:

Syrhys made a pick a path story:

I really enjoyed reading and playing around with your slides! My favourite part of your post was definitely the pick a path slide! I've never tried anything like it and I am definitely going to try and create one to share MY own learning as well!
Any tips on how to make one?

  3. Hey Guys! My name is Blake and I am from Pompallier Catholic School.
I really enjoyed looking through your work. You seem to have a wide range of subjects that you work on. I especially liked the sign language slides because it was nice to see some videos to help me even more. Maybe next time you could make the videos open to watch without having to request access(unless you did that on purpose).
    Keep up the great work!

  9. Kia Ora! My name is Katarina and I am a year 8 from Pompallier Catholic school in Kaitaia. I really enjoyed looking through your guys slides and seeing some of the project and videos you guys have created. My favourite slide was definitely the sign language one because it helped me sign my name and it was really cool to see you guys supporting our deaf community. Maybe next time you guys could change the sharing settings so we can view your other videos without requesting access, but other then that it was a good blog post! :) Keep up the great work!
